My Story

Hi, I'm Caroline, founder of Lady MakeUp and Aesthetics. I have been in the beauty sector for over 30 years and I pride myself on being a friendly, approachable professional.

I'm from The Wye Valley and I'm a mum of two.

I have to confess, I'm a little bit of a perfectionist with an eye for detail and a passion for my work. I am always striving to gain further qualifications in advanced and new techniques in my field, so I can pass these on to you, my lovely clients. I want to provide you with the best possible Lady MakeUp and Aesthetics service using the safest beauty treatments and products available.

When you choose to work with me at Lady MakeUp, you can be assured that you are buying into a professional nurse led service backed with huge investment, industry knowledge, expertise and experience.

I'm proud to say that Lady MakeUp and Aesthetics has all the legal requirements. Both my clinic and personal registrations, insurance and all advanced certificates up to Level 6 are available to view.

I am conveniently located close to the A48, near the Chepstow Racecourse, South Wales, with free and easy parking right outside for your discretion and convenience.

What Happens When I Book An Appointment with Lady MakeUp and Aesthetics?

BOOK ME IN

The first stage is the initial consultation, which involves a patch test, when necessary and it will be discussed in detail what you are looking to achieve. This is also a great opportunity to learn more about Lady MakeUp and Aesthetics, and the expertise behind the procedure.

Then, on the day, we'll discuss your treatment to ensure you are happy with your selection. If you are having permanent makeup a pigment is chosen to suit your colouring. Likewise, if you are having permanent brows, the dimensions, thickness, and shape of your new permanent powdered brows are carefully mapped out and measured.

Only once all your expectations are discussed will your chosen aesthetic treatment or permanent makeup procedure begin.

Once your chosen treatment is completed, you will be given detailed aftercare information to ensure the best healed results. We will also schedule your follow-up appointment, if required, to perfect your look and maintain lasting results.
